Texting ServiceAre you a parent or carer of a child with additional needs or disabilities?
If you have answered YES to any of the above, then the FISH texting service is for you! Terms and Conditions: No charge will be made for by FISH for this service and you should not be charged for receiving texts. Texts will be charged at your Mobile provider’s standard rate when you text FISH to subscribe or unsubscribe. Families Information and Support Hub (FISH) will use the mobile number given to send SMS messages (texts) to advise end users (parents/carers/young people/practitioners and partners) of services and activities that may be of interest to them. FISH reserve the right to send additional information as appropriate. All information will be held securely in a database that is the property of Hartlepool Borough Council. You can update your details at anytime by contacting FISH using any of the methods below.
